I can say my amazon package delivery times have been a bit off lately...

Got a free echo dot that was scheduled to be here after the new year, it magically showed up two days ago. 3 out of 5 amazon packages with guaranteed delivery dates are missed. I think this has a lot to do with the last mile delivery done by the on demand delivery folks. They are too ambitious with their scheduling with non professional employees.

With DHL it could very much be customs related with an overseas package.
